ReplyDeleteRoute sheets or course maps available online now to see the courses?
ReplyDeletedo you have the route in ridewithgps format so that we download to our garmin? thanks
ReplyDeleteI generally don't register for *any* event until I see the course. Feel free to email me once that's settled, Thanks.
ReplyDelete"Full Century" means 100 miles, not 100k - this 100k ride should be labeled with the standard nomenclature "Metric Century." Between that and the lack of a course map or elevation map, this feels like a very poorly organized ride. Still interested, but having reservations.
ReplyDeleteThe exact route of the event will not be available until the first week of February. We are expanding the route to include stops at 3 beautiful State Parks and a wildlife refuge all located near our old route in a 60-mile loop south of Ripon, California, winding through almond orchards and crossing over the 3 major rivers of the Northern San Joaquin Valley. The map will be posted on our website www.musicfirstusa.info. Thanks for your interest. Hope to see you at the event.
ReplyDeleteWill your stops have food and drinks? Will you have lunch after the ride in either form, included or available for purchase?
ReplyDeleteHi Carrie, Myself along with my two boys age 10 and 7 are interested in joining this event. Is there a restriction in speed? My 7 year old is not quite there yet but love to bike. I could chose to ride in tandem with him if speed is a concern. Hoping to hear from you. Thank you... Henry S.
ReplyDeleteOn January 27 I mailed in registration my Wife and I for the 25k ride. I have received no correspondence regarding the registration. Did you receive my registration?
ReplyDeleteAlso does rain cancel the event?
Looks like rain are you still holding the event?
ReplyDeleteIt was a perfect day for the ride. Not too hot. Not too cold. Met four new friends along the way. Lots of blossoms and other things to see. The Tuolumne and San Joaquin Rivers are overflowing their banks - oh my! Saw flooded orchard (Tuolumne River) and flooded "sport club" with a pickup truck and two campers almost underwater (San Joaquin River). Saw egrets and blue heron along with other birds I can't identify. Next year - do something about those headwinds, ok?
ReplyDeleteThis was a perfect day/ great event last year. Is it being held again this year/ 2018? Hope so.
